Brand Acquisition Opportunities
Over the past 26 years of self‑employment, I’ve developed several niche fishing and outdoor brands. I am the sole owner and operator of all of them — I pack every order, ship every product, manage every website, and handle every part of the business myself. These brands are not being discontinued. They will continue to operate and remain active.

However, the workload has grown to the point where it is simply too much for one man who wants to spend more time fishing. For that reason, I am opening the door for new ownership and new energy. These are established brands with assets, inventory, and history behind them. None of these brands carry any debt. Serious inquiries only.
Steffen Brothers – Full Brand & Production Assets
Steffen Brothers has been a respected fiberglass rod brand for more than 40 years, known for its tapers, heritage, and recognition among custom builders and fly‑fishing enthusiasts. The offering includes the full brand name, history, and all associated production assets.
All materials and tooling are intact and currently stored at Mike’s shop in Pennsylvania. Included:

Brook & Brown was developed as a high‑end trout brand. The project stalled after a partner exited, leaving a full inventory of components and finished goods. Included:

Rodmaker 247 – Components Line
Rodmaker 247 was built around custom guides, reel seats, hardware, and a steady flow of rod blanks. The offering includes all remaining blanks, the website, and the full brand name. Some custom parts are not available for sale and will remain with Graywolf.
Rodmaker 247 has been a reliable, steady‑income brand for many years and provides a solid living wage for anyone who continues operating it. The business carries no debt. Rodmaker 247 will continue operating unless acquired.
