At Steffen Brothers, our commitment to quality runs deep. Every rod and blank we produce carries forward a tradition of precision, durability, and timeless craftsmanship. We stand by our work and believe your gear should serve you faithfully—whether it’s been with you since your first casts or fresh off the bench.

Coverage
All Steffen Brothers fly rods and rod blanks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty applies to both finished rods and blank components.

What’s Covered
- If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship: We’ll repair or replace the affected section at no cost to you.
- If the damage is due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear: We offer a replacement/rebuild service at a flat rate:
-  $75 per section for rods or blanks made 2021 and later
-  $100 per section for rods or blanks made prior to 2021

This helps us ensure your gear returns to its best form with the same level of detail and precision you expect from Steffen Brothers.

Submitting a Claim
To begin a claim, please email and include:
- Your name and contact details
- Proof of original purchase (if available)
- Photos of the affected rod or blank
- A brief description of the damage or issue

Once received, we’ll assess and guide you through next steps. A processing and handling fee may apply. If the original model is unavailable, we’ll offer the nearest suitable replacement.

Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to gear purchased through Steffen Brothers or authorized dealers. It does not cover incidental damages, shipping costs, or accessories.
